Fantasy castle story from a watercolor painting

The Beastorium has ever been avoided by hostile creatures. For most, it seems an instinctive choice to leave this castle alone. For soldiers, it is as if all interest in attacking or claiming the castle disappears as they get closer.

Because of this lack of hostility, a great scholar decided that this castle was the perfect place to build a library! He has named the castle The Beastorium, as you can find many written works on the nature of beasts within this castle, that is held by a beastly hand.

Other collections of books and scrolls, as old as the art of writing, are stored within these walls as well. Protected from the wars of people and safe from the fire of dragons. The Beastorium is there for the safekeeping of all your writings.

Some believe that the beast that holds this castle in his giant hand, is alive. There are reports of residents feeling its presence. It has been described as ever watching. Or sensing your every move. Not everyone believes this though, but it sure is good for tourism.

On the ground floor, by the palm of the hand, you can find a gift shop for tourists and pilgrims. There you can buy miniature castles, copies of various books and scrolls, protective amulets, tea, coffee and cookies! A mechanical elevator can bring you up to all levels of the castle, tower excluded..
